TERMS: Payment in full by check or money order must accompany each order. Customers outside the United States must make remittance by check on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars, or by International Postal Money Order or credit card.

PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notification.

DISCOUNTS: Applies to all items except items on sale.
Orders: 15% off all purchases less than $150* retail price. 25% off all purchases for $150*and up.

*Items ordered that are no longer in production, or items that have not yet been released, will not count toward these discounts. Items temporarily out of stock will be included in the gross value of the order for discount purposes.

SALES TAX: California residents must add state sales tax of 8.25% to their orders.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Because most foreign manufacturers remove products from production with no prior warning, we recommend that, whenever possible, orders include substitute items in the event your preferred choice is out of production or out of stock.

INQUIRIES: A SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) is required on all inquiries that request a response.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: United Parcel Service (UPS) is our primary carrier. The U.S. Postal Service is our primary carrier for shipping to APOs, FPOs and customers outside the continental United States. Shipping charges are as follows:
Due to greatly increased US Mail costs we will no longer ship items over One pound to Post Office Boxes, you must have a street address or pay actual charges!

Orders outside the continental US and to foreign countries will be charged Actual Cost(Average shown above). Small items under 4LBS and with size limitations of 35" Girth and Length combined can usually go as "Small Packet AIR" at a much cheaper price than surface. However, a 1/48 scale aircraft kit usually exceeds these measurements. Any shipment containing Paint products must go surface. Surface shipment to Canada is not available, we only ship by Air to Canada. DHL is also available at actual cost.
RETURNS: A refund of $5.00 or more for items not shipped but paid for will be returned with your order. If you use our refund checks as payment for future orders, please be sure to endorse them on the back. A credit slip will be issued for refunds under $5.00. Our guarantee allow customers to return any merchandise for a refund. Purchases returned for a refund must be returned within 15 days of invoice date in saleable condition and must include sales invoice or invoice number.
BAD CHECKS: All returned checks are subject to a $15.00 service charge. Under California Civil Code, Chapter 522, Section 1719, the maker of a bad check may be liable for three times the amount of the check or $100.00, whichever is greater, plus the face value of the check and court costs.
